Luxury waterfront mansions, modern premium executive homes, condominiums, and individual guarded custom constructed residences on huge homesites may all be found in this area. Mountain bike routes, walking trails, a dog park, soccer, baseball, and softball grounds are all available at Loyce E. Harpe Park, which is just minutes away from the Christina Community. The Christina Subdivision in South Miami is known for its charming communities flanked by magnificent oak trees. It is supposed to be named after a phosphate mining company owner’s daughter. Christina Park is located across the street from the 540A entrance and has baseball fields, a paved walking track, a children’s playground, and a rentable pavilion. Loyce Harpe Park, previously Carter Road Park, is 3 miles to the southeast and has the same attractions as Carter Road Park, plus mountain bike paths, DiOgi dog bark, and boating and fishing.
